Shipping policy
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability. This applies to UK and international orders alike.
All orders are dispatched by DHL who deliver Monday to Friday, 7 am to 8 pm.

UK Shipping Times and Costs
UK orders over £100 receive free express delivery and are generally delivered within 3 working days from the date of dispatch, though this cannot be guaranteed. Orders under £100 incur a shipping charge of £5.
The United Kingdom rate also covers Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.
International Shipping Times and Costs
International orders are dispatched just as promptly as UK orders. Delivery generally takes a little longer, around 8 days from the date of dispatch, as it depends on transit and border clearance, and this cannot be guaranteed.
Every destination has its own free-shipping threshold, set in that destination's own currency. The threshold that applies to you is shown at the top of every page and confirmed in your cart before checkout.

"Europe" covers the EU together with Iceland, Serbia, Gibraltar, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Svalbard. Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland are priced separately, in their own currencies, as shown above.
Duties and Taxes outside the UK
For orders delivered to Europe, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and the USA, all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. We will arrange all paperwork and payment of taxes to clear customs. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
For all other destinations outside the UK, you are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid. You will be contacted directly by DHL to make this payment. Upon payment, the parcel will be released for delivery. We are unable to provide specific information on customs costs; please contact your local authority for this information.
Any orders returned to Gloverall Plc due to failure or refusal to pay local clearance costs will be refunded less the cost of return shipping.
Destinations we cannot ship to
We are currently unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Western Sahara, the British Indian Ocean Territory, the French Southern Territories, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Ascension Island or Tristan da Cunha. Orders to these destinations cannot be completed at checkout.
