We provide free delivery to all destinations in the UK. Delivery within the UK typically takes 2 working days from dispatch. Please allow a few extra days during seasonal and promotional periods. DHL do not deliver at weekends. Thank you for being patient.
Delivery outside the UK typically takes 8 working days from dispatch. DHL do not deliver at weekends.
Charges as follows:-
- European Union: Free express delivery orders over £300. All other shipping £15.
- Non-EU & Rest of the World: Free express delivery orders over £300. All other shipping £30.
These charges do not include duty/tax/clearance for customers outside of the EU.
Tracking Your Order
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a DHL order tracking number. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers website. To check the status of your delivery please visit DHL and enter your tracking reference.
The Gloverall online team will despatch your order, subject to stock availability, promptly and efficiently to your instructions within 3-5 working days. UK orders are generally delivered within 3 working days but cannot be guaranteed. International orders are generally delivered within 8 working days from dispatch but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to clearance controls. DHL do not deliver at weekends.
Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes
For overseas NON-EU orders, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid. Duty or tax is levied by the country you live in and is outside of our control. Duty/Tax, and any clearance costs, are payable locally and are not the responsibility of Gloverall PLC. You will be contacted directly by DHL to make this payment. Upon payment of the Duty/Customs charges the parcel will be released for delivery. Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay local duty/tax & associated clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of the return postage to us.
Any orders returned to Gloverall Plc due to failure/refusal to pay local duty, tax & associated clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of the return shipping.
