Christmas Delivery | Returns | Exchanges
To receive your order before Christmas please order by Tuesday 15th December 2020.
We're taking a little longer than usual to respond to customer contacts during the festive period due to high demand. We thank you for your patience and understanding and will be in touch as soon as possible.
In the meantime, here are some answers to questions you may have.
-If you have placed an order already and received a confirmation, don't worry we're working on your order and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email once it's on its way.
-However, because of the extraordinary amount of online orders this Christmas, we do know that the courier network is experiencing delays. We apologise in advance if your parcel doesn't arrive on the exact day you are expecting it.

The Gloverall online team will despatch your order, subject to stock availability, promptly and efficiently to your instructions within 3-5 working days. We provide free delivery to all destinations in the UK, and orders are generally delivered within 3 working days but cannot be guaranteed.
International orders are generally delivered within 8 working days from dispatch but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to clearance controls. DHL do not deliver at weekends.
Charges as follows:-
- European Union: Free DHL Tracked Shipping orders over £300. All other shipping £15.
- Non-EU & Rest of the World: Free DHL Tracked Shipping orders over £300. All other shipping £30.
These charges do not include duty/tax/clearance for customers outside of the EU.
Tracking Your Order
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a DHL order tracking number. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers website. To check the status of your delivery please visit DHL and enter your tracking reference.
Duties & Taxes
For overseas NON-EU orders, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid. Duty or tax is levied by the country you live in and is outside of our control. Duty/Tax, and any clearance costs, are payable locally and are not the responsibility of Gloverall PLC. You will be contacted directly by DHL to make this payment. Upon payment of the Duty/Customs charges the parcel will be released for delivery.
Any orders returned to Gloverall Plc due to failure/refusal to pay local duty, tax & associated clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of the return shipping.
