Gloverall has worked with Noah, the New York label founded by Brendon Babenzien and Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, to reinterpret one of menswear's most enduring pieces: the peacoat (or pea coat).
Made exclusively for Noah, the coat takes its cues from our Churchill Peacoat and the naval outerwear that has informed our collections for decades. Like the Churchill, it is made in England and cut from Melton wool.
What changed
The traditional double-breasted silhouette remains, with a handful of considered changes. The lower pockets have been removed, while the handwarmer pockets are larger and positioned slightly lower. The fit has also been subtly adjusted for a more contemporary feel.
The result brings together Noah's distinctive New York perspective with Gloverall's British outerwear heritage. A familiar military classic, reconsidered for today.
