Orders
We at Gloverall are presently covering the cost of any duties and taxes for our EU customers.
For overseas NON-EU orders, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid.
Duty or tax is levied by the country you live in and is outside of our control. Duty/Tax, and any clearance costs, are payable locally and are not the responsibility of Gloverall PLC. You will be contacted directly by DHL to make this payment. Upon payment of the Duty/Customs charges the parcel will be released for delivery.
We would advise to use our sizing guide and measure either yourself or a similar product you currently own, you can find our size guide here.
Our products have a size guide when you click on the item, under the size measurements you have ‘view guide’ which will provide the measurements of the product in cm and inches!
We currently accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Please make sure you put a correct postal address including street number, town and post code. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of the item caused by an incorrect delivery address.

We do not currently have the facility to do this. However, if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to provide any advice.
We run promotions throughout the year, to hear what is going on you can follow us on social media, you can also keep an eye on our website and sign up to our newsletter for notifications.
No, we do not charge VAT outside the UK.

Free Shipping on orders over £100. Orders under £100 incur a shipping charge of £5.
European Union
Free DHL Tracked Shipping orders over £450. All other shipping £30.
Non-EU & Rest of the World
Free DHL Tracked Shipping orders over £450. All other shipping £30.

We do not offer a repair service at present. However, you can find replacement parts here, and a local alterations specialist should be able to replace them.
