For AW19, we’ve collaborated with modern classic label Les Basics to create a four piece capsule collection. The collection sees Les Basics strip back our heritage silhouettes, to their essential design elements, to create modern yet recognisable pieces.
With its cropped length and boxy fit, our Whitby Deck Duffle Coat block was the initial inspiration. Les Basics replace the toggles, to create Le Coach Jacket, replacing them with popper details for a more utilitarian look. Key details such as the collar and cropped length remain, in a nylon ripstop and jersey-backed wool fabric that echoes the Les Basics AW19 colour-blocking story.
The style is also offered in a longer length, L'Overcoat, perfect for colder months and a functional version of our original design, in a palette of navy and grey. The coats are proudly made in Britain.
