Shipping policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.

All orders are despatched by DHL who deliver Monday to Friday, 7 am to 8 pm.

UK Shipping Times and Costs

UK orders over £100 receive free delivery and are generally delivered within 3 working days from the date of despatch but cannot be guaranteed. Orders under £100 incur a shipping charge of £5.

International Shipping Times and Costs

Non-UK orders are generally delivered within 8 days from the date of despatch but this cannot be guaranteed and are subject to border clearance controls.

You will receive free shipping on orders over £450. All orders under £450 will be subject to a delivery charge of £30.

Duties & Taxes outside the UK

For EU customers, we will arrange all paperwork and payment of taxes to clear customs.

For Non-EU customers, you are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid. You will be contacted directly by DHL to make this payment. Upon payment, the parcel will be released for delivery. We are unable to provide specific information on custom costs; please contact your local authority for this information.

Any orders returned to Gloverall Plc due to failure or refusal of paying local clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of return shipping.
