For AW19, we’ve collaborated with modern classic label Les Basics to create a four piece capsule collection. The collection sees Les Basics strip back our heritage silhouettes, to their essential design elements - to create modern yet recognisable pieces.
With its cropped length and boxy fit, our Whitby Deck Duffle Coat block was the initial inspiration. Les Basics replace the toggles - to create Le Coach Jacket – replacing them with popper details for a more utilitarian look. Key details such as the collar and cropped length remain, in a nylon ripstop and jersey-backed wool fabric that echoes the Les Basics AW19 colour-blocking story.
The style is also offered in a longer length - L'Overcoat - perfect for colder months and a functional version of our original design, in a palette of navy and grey. The coats are proudly made in Britain.
