Gloverall Unveil New AW23 Campaign

Gloverall debuts an exciting new campaign photographed by renowned photographer Jamie Ferguson to celebrate its 2023 autumn-winter collection. The campaign features Fred Nieddu, owner and pattern cutter for London-based tailor, Taillour.

The campaign images show Fred wearing styles from Gloverall’s latest collection, including the George Jacket in Royal Stewart Black, the Oversized Churchill Peacoat in Navy Royal Stewart, and the Oliver Jacket in Grey Check.

We sat down with Fred to ask him a few questions about his partnership with the brand and his passion for menswear.

How did you first become interested in men’s clothing?

FN: “My earliest memory or earliest interest in clothing came from watching my dad get ready for work. He always had beautifully made clothes, shoes, and accessories and would mix colours wonderfully, never being too worried about a clash here or there.”

Why did you want to collaborate with Gloverall?

FN: “I’ve always been fond of Gloverall, in fact my dad once owned one of their duffle coats and often wore it with suits for a slightly more fun option to a more formal top coat. Not only does Gloverall have a heritage-heavy great story behind it, it also makes beautiful pieces. I was fortunate enough to have the chance to see their archive of collections a few years ago and was amazed by the quality and craftsmanship of each style.”

What is your favourite piece from the AW23 range and why?

FN: “The De Bonne Facture Monty Duffle Coat – the check is beautiful and the colours are amazing.”
