The Selvon brings Harris Tweed into the women's range: a full-length overcoat cut from cloth handwoven by islanders in the Outer Hebrides from pure virgin wool, certified by the Harris Tweed Authority and protected by its own Act of Parliament. Every length carries the orb mark; no other cloth in the world can be called Harris Tweed.
The cloth is Brown Puppytooth, the small-scale houndstooth that reads as rich texture at distance and sharp pattern up close, in the earthy palette Harris Tweed does best. It pairs naturally with cream, navy, denim and every shade of brown, and like all Harris Tweed it improves with wear rather than tiring of it.
The cloth is Hebridean; the coat is made in England, like every wool overcoat in the range, with a button down fly front, two angled front pockets and a back vent. Sizes XS to 2XL.
