Gloverall Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is organised by Gloverall Public Limited Company (company number 00494649), whose registered office is Unit D, Baron Avenue, Earls Barton, Northampton, NN6 0JE (the "Promoter").
2. The competition will run from 04/07/2025 to 14/07/2025 inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 14/07/2025 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. One winner will be selected to receive a £450 Gloverall gift card.
4. To enter, participants must visit the Gloverall website and complete the email sign-up form. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entry is free and open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
7. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. All copyright and intellectual property rights in the submitted entry will belong to the Promoter.
9. The winner will be selected at random by an independent process from all eligible entries.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to use the gift card for any reason.
11. The winner will be notified by email or direct message within 7 days of the Closing Date.
12. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
13. The Promoter may publish the winner’s name on its website and official social media channels for promotional purposes.
14. Anyone may request the name of the winner by writing to the Promoter at the address above within one month of the Closing Date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
15. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, disappointment, or injury of any kind suffered by any entrant in connection with entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
