Are surplus coats seconds or faulty?

No. Surplus is past-season colours, end-of-line styles and archive pieces: the same wool and the same craftsmanship, simply from an earlier season.

How big are the surplus discounts?

Up to 75% off. New markdowns are added through the year, with the deepest reductions around the seasonal and Black Friday sales.

Will surplus items come back in stock?

Usually not. Everything is limited to remaining stock and sizes, so when a size goes it is generally gone.
