RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return defective or incorrect merchandise at any time. Items may only be returned for any other reason within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. If you wish to return any items you must first email Gloverall Online explaining the reason for the return.
Special Notice: the number one reason for returns on the Original Oversized coats is coat is too BIG!
Please see our size compendium carefully and do not choose any bigger size unless you are absolutely sure about it.
Returned items should be accompanied by the original invoice and preferably in the original packaging.We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

A shipment charge will be payable for all Garments returned for replacement

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You can also find the brief value of your order by converting sterling to your currency at www.xe.com/ucc.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express.
For International orders Local Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please make sure you put a correct postal address including street number, town and post code. We won't take a responsibility for the loss of the item caused by the incorrect delivery address.
UK Delivery - We provide free delivery to all destinations in the UK. Delivery typically takes 3 working days from despatch. Overseas Delivery - Typically takes within 14 working days.

Shipping cost for Coats European Union £15 (£5 each additional item)
Non-EU Europe £25 (£10 each additional item)
USA £30 (£10 each additional item) You are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid
Asia £30 (£10 each additional item)
Rest of the World £35 (£15 each additional item)
Shipping cost for Toggles Free Worldwide (Standard post, not UPS)
Tracking Your OrderTo help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a UPS order tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers web site. To check the status of your delivery please click on the link www.ups.com
